We are seeking a visionary, collaborative, and community-minded individual to serve as our next Artistic Director. As the artistic steward of Mesa Encore Theatre, this role leads the development of high-quality, accessible productions that reflect our mission and serve our vibrant community.

The ideal candidate is an experienced theatre artist and leader who is passionate about artistic excellence, values collaboration, and is committed to fostering meaningful community engagement. Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers, the Artistic Director will help shape the creative direction of the organization while balancing innovation, inclusivity, and responsible stewardship of resources.
