Austin Beggs has been enthusiastically involved in theatre for over twenty years. Austin’s professional and philanthropic philosophies are grounded in community, compassion, research, and results. Classically trained in Dramaturgy, then later in Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics, Austin brings a wealth of passion and knowledge to Mesa Encore Theatre. In his day job, Austin works as a strategy consultant, advising companies on the structure of their supply chains. He’s thrilled and privileged to join Mesa Encore Theatre’s Board and is excited to get to work.














Linée Ferguson -- Vice President

Linée is a teacher, vocalist, songwriter and playwright. Her studies to hone her craft as a musical theater lyricist and composer began with the Core Curriculum program at New Musicals Inc. in Los Angeles where she studied with John Sparks it’s founding director. During her studies at NMI, Inc, she co-wrote the short Musical, Fears Anonymous, which debuted to a sold out audience at the Broadwater Theater during the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival.

As a Workplace Consultant and Corporate Business Trainer, Linée helps organizations implement programs, policies and practices that ensure legal compliance, avoid internal conflicts, and facilitate greater efficiency in order to enhance customer satisfaction. Linée is honored to lend her expertise in training, and policies and procedures as a member of the MET Board of Directors.

Robyn McFarland -- Secretary

Robyn McFarland holds a BFA degree from ASU in Theatre Education and two Masters degrees. One from NAU in Secondary Education, Reading and a second from GCU in Instructional Technology. Robyn has been teaching for 26 years and has taught a variety of content areas: Reading, Theatre, Yearbook, Web Design, Animation and Career & College Readiness.

Robyn has been involved with theatre in the Valley for over 30 years. In addition to sitting on the MET Board, she is also a board member with the ariZoni Theatre Association, and previously sat on the board of Tempe Little Theatre.

Robyn is married to her wonderful husband Brian, and has a 20-year-old son Charlie. When not teaching or involved in her own theatre activities, she happily supports her son as he participates in his own theatre activities.






Mary Ronning -- Treasurer

Mary has been serving on the board as Treasurer for over 5 years. Mary has over 37 years of experience in public accounting.  Her love of live theater and all that goes in to a production continues to be a great passion.









Randy Clark

I have been involved with theater and music for most of my life. I was on the board of directors of a community theater in Virginia before moving to Arizona. I have been on all sides of the stage acting, producing, sweeping, cleaning, in many different shows. I have a love for the arts that drives me to help and participate.















Jodi Deros

Jodi is a dedicated community activist with a passion for the arts. In addition to her professional endeavors, where she has co-founded two ventures, ATOMdesign, Inc. and CIRQ+. With over two decades of experience, ATOMdesign, Inc. has garnered acclaim as an award-winning innovation and product development company, collaborating with startups and industry leaders to shape brands and foster sustainable growth.

Beyond the realm of business, her commitment to giving back is evident through her mentorship of students, entrepreneurs, clients, and friends. She derives great satisfaction from guiding others in refining portfolios, developing innovative products, and creating effective business strategies.

Her rich experiences, encompassing both triumphs and challenges from a 20-year partnership, have served as inspiration for an upcoming book. This book seeks to share valuable insights on navigating the path to successful business partnerships.

With expertise spanning branding, design, advertising, she is driven by a personal mission to make a positive impact in the ever-evolving landscape of arts and community activism. Her creative mindset, visionary thinking, and in-depth understanding of industry trends position her to leave a lasting mark at the intersection of the arts, design, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Elizabeth Easti

Elizabeth brings her expertise, passion, and love of humanity to Mesa Encore Theatre. Her love of theatre, music, and fine arts developed from a young age. She has an Associates Degree in Theatre Arts, Bachelors in Human Resource Management, and experience operating a business and networking. She has a love for volunteer work and personal development and prides herself on allowing others the space to be fully and completely themselves. She is mom to 3 daughters and 2 bonus children with her supportive boyfriend. He is why she can give her time and energy to something bigger with MET.












Brianna Fallon

Brianna Fallon (also known as Ms. Bri to hundreds if theatre students around the valley) is an actor, director, playwright, teaching artist, singer, and musician. She received her AA in Fine Arts with a focus on Theatre from MCC and has studied acting at Scottsdale Conservatory Theatre and the Megaw Actors studio. She has forged a path directing and participating in theatre pieces that champion artists of color and their stories. As a board member, she hopes to continue making space for unrepresented communities. She is also passionate about her job as Academy Manager for Childsplay’s Theatre Academy. Some of her favorite roles have been Dragon in “Shrek the Musical”, Tituba in “Crucible”, and Lady in Brown in “For Colored Girls…” When she’s not performing, Brianna can be found exploring the outdoors with her husband Justin, designing a graphic for something, or learning a new instrument.

Taylor Moschetti -- Artistic Director

Taylor Moschetti is a multidisciplinary theatre artist. She is on the artistic core of the Bridge Initiative and a co-founder of Laughing Pig Theatre. She has trained with the Kennedy Center on teaching artistry and arts integration. Taylor was recognized by AZCentral as an up-and-coming artist in 2018 for her work in the local arts scene. When she is not producing or creating theatre, she is teaching it. Taylor works for BASIS Phoenix Primary as a theatre teacher and is a teaching artist with several organizations around the valley (Childsplay, City of Mesa, ASU Gammage, etc). She received her undergraduate degree in Theatre and is currently working on her masters in clinical mental health counseling and an alternative training in drama therapy.
