Linée Ferguson - Board Co-President

Linée is a teacher, vocalist, songwriter and playwright. Her studies to hone her craft as a musical theater lyricist and composer began with the Core Curriculum program at New Musicals Inc. in Los Angeles where she studied with John Sparks it’s founding director. During her studies at NMI, Inc, she co-wrote the short Musical, Fears Anonymous, which debuted to a sold out audience at the Broadwater Theater during the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival.

As a Workplace Consultant and Corporate Business Trainer, Linée helps organizations implement programs, policies and practices that ensure legal compliance, avoid internal conflicts, and facilitate greater efficiency in order to enhance customer satisfaction. Linée is honored to lend her expertise in training, and policies and procedures as a member of the MET Board of Directors.

Robyn McFarland - Board Co-President

Robyn McFarland holds a BFA degree from ASU in Theatre Education and two Masters degrees. One from NAU in Secondary Education, Reading and a second from GCU in Instructional Technology. Robyn has been teaching for 28 years and has taught a variety of content areas: Reading, Theatre, Yearbook, Web Design, Animation and Career & College Readiness.

Robyn has been involved with theatre in the Valley for over 30 years. In addition to sitting on the MET Board, she is also a board member with the ariZoni Theatre Association, and previously sat on the board of Tempe Little Theatre.

Robyn is married to her wonderful husband Brian, and has a 23-year-old son Charlie. When not teaching or involved in her own theatre activities, she happily supports her son as he participates in his own theatre activities.

Ray Win - Treasurer

Ray Win is honored to serve as Treasurer for Mesa Encore Theatre. A longtime supporter of the arts, Ray brings experience in finance, project management, and nonprofit operations to the board. His professional background includes work in logistics and financial operations, where he’s led process improvements, supported reporting, and ensured compliance in fast-paced environments. Ray has also been involved in the performing arts through gospel choir, church choir, and as a founding member of The Devil Clefs, an a cappella group at Arizona State University. He served as the group’s Treasurer for several years, which deepened his love for collaboration and supporting the arts behind the scenes. With certifications in finance and project management, Ray is excited to use his skills to support MET’s transparency, growth, and community impact

Quelisha Hodges - Board Member

Quilesha is a dedicated leader, mentor, and advocate committed to creating opportunities for growth, empowerment, and community impact. With a strong background in leadership, operations, and team development, she has consistently demonstrated a passion for building meaningful connections and driving positive change.

Quilesha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Entertainment Business Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Arts, Entertainment Business Management, further strengthening her commitment to leadership, innovation, and organizational excellence. In addition to professional accomplishments, she has been actively involved in a vast array of community service projects and outreach initiatives focused on mentorship, education, youth development, and community engagement. 

As a member of the MET Board of Directors, Quilesha brings a collaborative leadership style, strategic vision, and a commitment to supporting initiatives that inspire education, mentorship, and community impact. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential while fostering environments where innovation, inclusivity, and service thrive.

Through both professional and community involvement, Quilesha continues to make a lasting impact by leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Colin Patrick - Board Historian

Colin is a theatre professional whose journey began on stage in 2008. With a decade of experience as a performer, he mastered the nuances of live theatre before shifting his focus in 2018 to the technical artistry of back of house operations. This pivot sparked a profound passion for the intricate details that bring scripts to life on stage. In 2024, Colin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Grand Canyon University. His first design role after university was with Mesa Encore Theatre, where he has contributed as a Designer and Assistant Stage Manager for six productions. Colin is both grateful and excited to join the Board of Directors at Mesa Encore Theatre, looking forward to contributing to the vibrant community of artists and audiences.

Victoria Jumpe - Board Member

Victoria Jumpe is a theatre educator, performer, and arts advocate with more than 12 years of experience teaching theatre in public schools. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from University of Arizona and her Master of Fine Arts in Theatre for Youth from Arizona State University.

In addition to her work in education, Victoria has built a career as a performer and has spent her life immersed in the performing arts. Her experiences both onstage and in the classroom have shaped her belief in the importance of strong, accessible arts communities and the lasting impact theatre has on individuals and organizations alike.

Victoria is passionate about supporting and strengthening the arts in Arizona and believes theatre should remain accessible and welcoming for all. She is committed to helping create opportunities for connection, creativity, and artistic growth through community theatre and arts education.

Vicki Lewis - Board Member

Vicki Lewis currently serves as a concierge at an assisted living community, where she brings a diverse, people-centered professional background and a warm, welcoming presence. Throughout her career, she has worked as a travel agent, supported large corporations as an executive assistant, and served as a program director and event planner for churches, fundraisers, and family reunions. Known for her strong communication skills, organization, and friendly professionalism, she is dedicated to creating supportive, positive experiences in every role she undertakes. She welcomes the opportunity to bring her experience and enthusiasm to the MET Board of Directors.

Vicki earned an Associate’s Degree in Theatre Production from MCC in the early 2000s, reflecting her longstanding commitment to the arts. She has shared her talents in the performing arts as a stage manager, backstage support team member, and occasional performer with Gilbert Fine Arts and Mesa Encore Theatre. During the 1980s and 1990s, she and her late husband, a private guitar teacher, brought students together to form bands and arranged volunteer performance opportunities at the Arizona State Fair, Special Olympics events, church festivals, and other community venues. Their efforts gave young musicians valuable experience performing together in public. A lifelong singer, Vicki has performed with several country and rock bands, and today she enjoys singing standards and show tunes for the residents at her workplace. When she is not working, she especially enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
